Trip to Edinburgh

It was an interesting trip to the Scottish Parliament in the capital city yesterday. At the parliament, we had the chance to have an audience with the Scottish Minister for Europe and International Development. He recognises the strong relationship which is there between Malawi and Scotland dating back to almost 100years ago. There after we visited the Castle which harbours most of the Scottish History pertaining to the wars and the brevity of the Scottish people. It was so pleasing to see how rich our friends are in preserving their history. We also visited the Court Chambers. The country has so much magnificent structures making it a tourist destination centre. Today, we are likely to showcase some of our traditional dances after the farewell mass in the afternoon. Ken
